Media Release and Consent Agreement

1. Grant of Consent and Authorization

You hereby grant PBRATE, and any persons or entities acting with its permission or authority, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and unrestricted right and license to capture, record, use, re-use, publish, and republish, in whole or in part, any photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, digital images, or other likenesses of you (collectively, "Likeness") taken at any PBRATE premises, during participation in any activities, or in connection with the use of any PBRATE facilities, products, services, or equipment.

This authorization applies individually or in combination with other materials and may be used in any medium now known or later developed, including but not limited to print, television, radio, film, websites, mobile applications, email communications, social media platforms, digital advertising, promotional materials, and other electronic or physical formats, without limitation and for any lawful purpose, including advertising, marketing, promotion, and trade.

2. Use and Modification of Likeness

You acknowledge and agree that your Likeness may be publicly distributed and may be subject to reasonable editing, modification, adaptation, or alteration by PBRATE in its sole discretion. You waive any right to inspect or approve any finished content in which your Likeness appears, including advertising materials, publications, or digital media.

3. Waiver of Claims and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless PBRATE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or relating to the use of your Likeness, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation (libel or slander), right of publicity, or any claim for compensation or damages.

4. Ownership and Rights Assignment

You acknowledge that all photographs, recordings, and other media in which you appear shall be the exclusive property of PBRATE. To the extent permitted by law, you hereby assign, transfer, and convey to PBRATE all rights, title, and interest in and to such materials, including any associated intellectual property rights, and grant PBRATE the unrestricted right to copyright, use, reproduce, distribute, and modify such materials.

5. Scope and Binding Effect

This Agreement extends to your heirs, legal representatives, assigns, and successors, and shall inure to the benefit of PBRATE and its affiliates, including their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, and assigns.

This Agreement also applies to any minors for whom you are the parent or legal guardian, or for whom you are otherwise authorized to provide consent, including minors accompanying you on PBRATE premises or participating in any activities or services offered by PBRATE.

6. Acceptance Upon Use

By creating an account, accessing, or using PBRATE services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Media Release and Consent Agreement.
